1. Analysing the processes and gathering requirements
We started by assessing the prevailing state and went on to organize the requirements for the ultimate solution.
2. Design and planning the solution
At this level, we formulate the strategy for the solution, clarified specifications, and a plan for inaugurating the solution.
3. Development and implementation
The solution is evolved as per the specifications. In most cases, the advancement is iterative. That means the consumer can see and test the solution being created already during the implementation level.
4. Testing and integration
We take care of the product quality throughout the project and also test the solution at the end. We take care of integration with the prevailing systems in the client's environment and, if mandatory, also for data migration.
5. Retain and adaption
The customer requires supervision and assistance in using the solution. The solution is adjusted to the requirements of the customer's business process with the essential improvements.
